I absolutely love these photos and couldnt help but put them on here. First off I love my little family, second I love going to the Lake, and sunsets are for sure my favorite! Thanks Rach for capturing such a perfect moment for us!

We've certainly enjoyed the wonderful storm today! Camilla got all dressed up to explore it- the first face plant cut her experience short though! Last night we even enjoyed driving through the storm,
our little car "Darth" is a Champ!

Posting so often is a really unusual feeling for me, I think I like it though ; )
I really am trying to be better at keeping this updated, so all those who we cant see very often in person, can see how the Snow family is doing.

I feel like I need a round of applause or something because...

I'm updating my blog!

after not having internet in our home for a year, we are now connected to the world wide web!

In the last few months not much has changed
but of course Camilla has grown and learned more and changed a lot. She's a skinny little thing but she's got a ton of energy. She is constantly on the move-
I love putting her down in her room to play and then I go into our front room; where in about ten minutes she'll follow me by crawling, all the while talking, saying (and this is my best interpretation) " I'm coming.... Can you hear me?... Here I come!"

This is our first year putting Christmas lights on our own house and we love it! I feel so festive and I think our little house looks so great all lit up!

We are so looking forward to this Christmas, of course Chad and I are more excited about the gifts Camilla will receive than she is, but nevertheless I think we'll all enjoy this wonderful holiday.

Missing the Sun

I wish I could say that I cant believe I havnt posted since July, but really Im not all that surprised,
life just seems to fly by lately!
So we had a fantabulous summer, family vacations to cabins and Bear Lake, mowing our own lawn, and watching Camilla grow - topping it all off with a most wonderful visit from our dearest friend Rachel!

Right now I'm wondering when Camilla will start crawling, she's the fastest little scooter around but still prefers to slither rather than crawl, she'll figure it out all too soon I'm sure : )

I would be posting pics as well today but I took too much time editing them so now I only have time to write, but next time... oh and our camera is out of comission = bummer.

I am absolutely loving this changing of seasons time and anticipating the holiday season! I cherish this time of year! It never disappoints!

I cannot wait for snow!

Blink

I can hardly believe that its almost been four months since Camilla was born and that its July! We have been amazed at how much she's changed and grown! She's lost a lot of her dark hair- just a few long ones holding on for dear life on the top of her head. She still has fuzz all over her head though so she wont end up bald after they all fall out!
She seems to be pretty tall and she's getting better and better at holding her head steady. She is definately a runner and swimmer! She loves getting in the pool and is constantly shuffling her legs!

I just took the picture of her snuggling with her Daddy - so precious!!!

We have really enjoyed our Independence Day weekend! We loved spending time with all our family!

Catch Up

I want to share our last month or two with everyone real quick so here's what we did...
Camilla LOVES bath time!!! It's been fun for mommy and daddy to figure out how to clean this energetic little girl!




We only had half a lawn in our backyard so we decided to start from scratch and till and seed!!! I think its working!?!
Camilla is such a mover and has recently been able to get all the way out of her swaddling and blankets- here's how I found her after one nap the other day- Freedom!!!

Yes we're crazy, but you gotta love us- this is some of my family in a 15-passenger van on a day trip to Idaho for my Dad's grandma's funeral. Wow was it an adventure, not to be repeated, but full of fun memories and reminiscing.

I feel so blessed to have had our little daughter blessed on my birthday and in my blessing dress! It was a fabulous day and such a thrill!

New Life!!

Our home has been enlarged by two feet!!!

Camilla CaroLynne was born on the 16th, 4:46 AM, 6lbs8oz, 19.5 inches long. I was induced the night of the 15th and labored for 9 hours but delivered without anesthesia. Camilla came out screaming but has since mellowed a lot! She had touble breathing at first and after some tests we found out she had a pretty scary infection that kept her in the hospital for 10 days. She is now home with us and is our precious little angel! I love watching her take in the world with her eyes wide-open and intent. She's so little and cuddly and we can't get enough of her- neither can her grandparents : )

It's been an amazing transition becoming parents! We are truly charishing these first moments with our little girl! Hopefully soon you can all meet her- we're being careful about her health because of her hard start to life!

Happy Times

We have been in our home for a month now and we are loving it!
We still have little things here and there that need work but other than those we feel like our home is done and wonderful!
I am really looking forward to watching spring unfold in our yard and find out what we have growing around us!

I am really enjoying these last weeks of being pregnant. Its hard to believe that time is so short! I feel great and really wonder if this baby will ever want to come out- i'm sure she will but she seems so content for now, which is good!
Everything health wise is perfect for the the baby and me so now we just wait.
Chad and I love feeling her move around and are so excited to have her lighten up our home with her presence soon! and yes, her room is all put together and girly : )

We just got new callings in our ward. We are really excited to both be involved in the scouting program in our neighborhood! I admit I feel a bit like i'm in over my head but I know that it will be a fun and great experience!
